Job Summary: Oversee all aspects of global accounting consolidation and external reporting company wide. Plan, direct and ensure adherence to global consolidation process

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Corporate Controller and other members of senior financial global management as required to manage the Company’s consolidated financial schedules, with accuracy.
  • Manage relationships with regional / country controllers
  • Develop and maintain strong consolidation team
  • Create first drafts of the Company’s 10-K and 10-Q statements.
  • Work with VP, Global Accounting and Chief Accounting Officer on all financial statement compliance and forms compliance.
  • Identify and evaluate the organization's risk areas and provide key input to the development of the consolidation process.
  • Challenge current key accounting assertions and resolve those challenges raised to conclusion

Competencies:

  • Broad exposure to the global work of accounting closes and financial statements
  • Proficiency in SEC Reporting.
  • Solid understanding of revenue recognition accounting pronouncements
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and accounting/technology skills with proficiency in International accounting.

Education/Experience:

  • Finance executive with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • CPA required
    • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a large public company, with 4 years experience in comparable job at public company
