Parker + Lynch is looking for a 100% REMOTE Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for a client focused in sales as a service. This is a newly created position supporting a large U.S. based business unit with operations in 40 locations. You will work closely with operations leadership and have a small team of financial analyst reporting to you. Are you looking to grow in your career working for a fun and dynamic organization? This opportunity is exclusive to Parker + Lynch. An ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive experience in finance for a large global entity (Fortune 500 – 500MM in revenue with 1000 + employees). MBA is strongly desired.

This is a fantastic opportunity with multiple and varied responsibilities for a self-motivated, proactive thinking, dedicated person comfortable working with minimal supervision. Successful candidates must be committed, disciplined, discrete, and trustworthy.


  • Prepares and analyzes monthly financial data
  • Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies
  • Summarizes financial status by collecting information from business unit leadership
  • Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements
  • Strong professional demeanor with staff and stakeholders
  • Forecasting and budgeting
  • Complex analysis and variance reporting
  • Ad hoc projects to include resource analysis, pricing decision, working closely with operations to make the best decisions for the organization based on financial expertise
  • Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required (Accounting or Finance focus)
  • MBA highly desired
  • Experience Requirements:

  • 6+ years of directly related experience
  • High volume retail, sales, transactional experience is strongly preferred
  • Exceptional software skills, Oracle preferred, advanced Excel required
  • Highly organized, attention to detail and adaptable to change
  • Results oriented self-starter
  • Comfortable working with minimum supervision
  • Ability to convince with data and manage upward
  • Salary: $100K-$120K/year
