Our client, a rapidly growing company is looking for a Manager of SEC Accounting! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of SEC reporting experience or public accounting experience with publicly traded clients.

    Responsibilities:

    The Accounting Manager will have primary responsibility for reviewing and preparing all SEC related reporting. They will also assist in internal reporting, financial reporting automation, process improvement and other initiatives and projects. Primary duties and responsibilities include:

  • Quarterly and Annual reports on Form 10-Q / K
  • Manage a team of senior financial analysts
  • Quarterly earnings release
  • Periodic 8Ks for debt facility amendments, new originations, earnings conference calls, etc.
  • Annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors
  • Assist in various ad hoc projects and requests
  • Lead and assist the team to drive operational efficiencies and strong controllership throughout all processes
  •  

    Required Qualifications:    

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 4-12 Years accounting experience
  • SEC reporting experience or public accounting with publicly traded clients
  • CPA a plus
  •
