The Manager of Compliance and Reporting, reporting to the CFO provides overall support for the accounting department. The candidate should have strong SEC Reporting knowledge and will perform a full spectrum of financial, regulatory, reporting and accounting assignments, including preparation of financial reports and related analysis.


  • Responsible for the evaluation of all significant accounting transactions, research and implementation of relevant accounting technical standards, and preparation of technical accounting memos supporting all accounting positions.
  • Prepare quarterly consolidated cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Company’s quarterly earnings releases.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Company’s Form 10-Q and Form 10-K filings and associated consolidated financial statements, footnotes, management's discussion and analysis and supporting schedules.
  • Monitor external investor presentations to confirm the accuracy of information, consistency with previous filings or presentations, and identifying financial metrics requiring non-GAAP recs
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes related to external reporting and quarterly closes processes
  • Work with Legal and Investor Relations on the preparation of proxy statements and various projects such as quarterly earnings press release process and filing of the related Form 8k
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and the proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities


  • Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting required.
  • CPA or CPA candidate highly preferred
  • Must have experience with SOX compliance/audits
  • Must have 5-8 years’ experience with Public Accounting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong technical writing skills.
