Office Manager / Bookkeeper job in Sacramento, CA (Natomas)

The position will be responsible for planning, coordinating and reporting both financial and non-financial activities of the company and involves monitoring of daily transactions, complying with various financial requirements.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors in accounting, finance, business administration or economics.

  • Possess strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Has good verbal and written communication skill.

  • Finance background is a plus

Responsibilities Include:

  • Bookkeeping – General Ledger, Adjusting Entries, Financial Statements , Bank Reconciliations*(QB)
  • Accounts Payable and input into CRM program
  • Billings and Accounts Receivables
  • Administer and maintain all corporate financial records including books of original entry, supporting schedules.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate accounting (books and records) of properties managed by QuickBooks.
  • General office duties.
