Parker & Lynch are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator in Somerset, NJ. The ideal candidate for this position will have 3+ more years of experience in payroll, UltiPro preferred, 

Salary $65,000 - $75,000

Payroll Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

  • Bi-weekly payroll but done weekly by location (35 locations and 400 employees)
  • Reconcile insurance bills and help with benefit administration
  • Pays employees by directing the production and issuance of paychecks or electronic transfers to bank accounts
  • Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes and deductions
  • Handle any payroll system maintenance issues

Payroll Administrator Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience
  • Construction industry experience a plus and union payroll required
  • Ultipro preferred
