Payroll Administrator Job in Monmouth County

Our client in Monmouth County is looking to hire a Payroll professional who is well versed with payroll processing a high volume of payroll (union, non union). This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a dynamic work environment. This is a direct hire/fulltime salaried position with Benefits, 401K etc.

Payroll Administrator job responsibilities:

  • Ensuring hours in the payroll system are in balance with control totals
     
  • Preparing and processing weekly and or bi-weekly payrolls timely and accurately
  • Perform assigned accounting and related clerical support functions including data entry and record retention
  • Complete payroll related activities, including timekeeping review and maintenance, and pay calculations
  • Internal cash collection and processing, special order /drop ship billing processing, processing
  • Establish and sustain effective communication and coordination between division and Support Office personnel in researching, tracking, and resolving accounting, customer and vendor related issues

Payroll Administrator Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience
  • Experience with union payroll a plus
  • Ultipro a plus
