Payroll Administrator Job 

Are you comfortable working as a part of a small team? Are you detail oriented and accurate? Currently, we are seeking a Payroll Administrator for a client in Greensboro, NC. This is a massive opportunity with an industry leader that you can’t afford to miss out on.  The ideal candidate has experience processing payroll in-house. This individual will possess a deep knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws.

Job Responsibilities

  • Processes payroll for multiple companies without 3rd party assistance
  • Assists with benefits including health, life and pension planning
  • Ensures compliance with relevant laws and internal policies by collaborating with the HR team and auditors
  • Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a payroll administrator or a similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Accounting and/or the comparable combination of education, training and relevant experience
  •  4+ Years of payroll experience
  • Must be experienced with multi-state payroll taxes
  • Familiarity with ADP is a plus
