This /role will be primarily focused on physician payroll calculation, point of contact for physician payroll questions and improving the accuracy, usefulness and data flow of Excel workbooks. This role will maneuver into a more full cycle role once the payroll function has stabilized.

  • Calculation of bi-monthly physician payroll using data downloaded from CRM and processed through multiple Excel workbooks based on various compensation models
  • Point of contact for physician communication regarding payroll questions
  • Locate, research and track CRM adjustments resulting in payroll corrections
  • Coordinate efforts between accounting, human resources and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of physician payroll data
  • Analysis of payroll data to suggest and/or assist in improvements to the payroll process, CRM controls and compensation models
