Parker+Lynch is currently seeking a Payroll Analyst in Phoenix.

Summary

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, physician payroll calculation, point of contact for physician payroll questions and improving the accuracy, usefulness and data flow of Excel workbooks.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solid Excel knowledge and experience (efficient navigation within workbooks (“hot keys”), data filters, multiple tab workbooks with linked formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc.)
  • A mind for data flow and process improvement (i.e., why/what is the happening at micro/macro levels and finding red flags before getting to the final work product)
  • Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project ownership
  • Adapt to and implement changes in a dynamic environment
  • Meet fixed project deadlines
  • Beneficial software experience: Tableau, QuickBooks, Concur


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Calculation of bi-monthly physician payroll using data downloaded from CRM and processed through multiple Excel workbooks based on various compensation models
  • Point of contact for physician communication regarding payroll questions
  • Locate, research and track CRM adjustments resulting in payroll corrections
  • Coordinate efforts between accounting, human resources and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of physician payroll data
  • Analysis of payroll data to suggest and/or assist in improvements to the payroll process, CRM controls and compensation models
