Payroll and Benefits Manager

Parker + Lynch is seeking exceptional candidates for a Payroll and Benefits Manager role with a client of ours in Radnor, PA. Strong communication skills are required as this person will be working with departments across the organization. This position will be in office. The salary for this role is $80k - $90k based on experience.

Responsibilities?

  • Process semi-monthly payroll
  • Produce periodic payroll reports for management
  • Proactively Identify/ implement process improvements for the department
  • Work with employees to ensure proper benefit admisitration
  • Perform monthly reconciliation on all employee benefit plan invoices
  •  

    Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ years of fulll cycle payroll experience
  • Benefits experience
  • ADP experience preferred
  • Strong Excel skills required (Vlookup/Pivot Table)
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to execute tasks with a high level of accuracy
