Our client, a stable and growing healthcare not-for-profit organization is seeking an experienced Payroll/AP Associate! The Payroll/AP Associate is primarily responsible for managing payroll processing and being a backup for accounts payable. The ideal candidate will have experience processing payroll for 300+ employees along with at least two plus years of experience.

  • Payroll processing employees in multiple states
  • Performs duties associated with the overall administration of the company’s payroll function
  • Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records and reports
  • Time and attendance auditing and collection of time for payroll processing
  • Process invoices and employee expense reimbursements
  • Process wage assignments
  • Prepare and complete AP check and EFT funds
  • Assist in maintenance of payroll and AP systems
  • Assist with training new employees on payroll system
  • Stay current with payroll tax requirements
  • Assist in processing year end reports
  • Correspond with employees and departments and respond to inquiries


  • Associates degree required
  • 2+ years of payroll processing experience (required)
  • Paycom experience a plus
