Requirements
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business or HR is a plus
- 4 to 6 years of payroll leadership experience, including multi-site organizations
- Experience managing a team with at least 5 direct reports
- Demonstrated change management skills, and a track record of success driving process improvements.
- Proven strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence and motivate others.
COMPENSATION
$80,000-90,000
