Responsibilities:
Manage weekly and biweekly payroll process
Manage a team payroll specialist
Assist accounting with general ledger payroll reporting
Assist HR with benefits and 401k contributions
Involved in annual corporate audit for payroll
Maintain and enhance overall data & systems integrity and accuracy
Ad hoc reporting and projects
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
CPP or other related certifications preferred
Minimum 5 years of payroll and accounting experience
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Previous supervisory experience / Strong leadership skills
ADP experience highly preferred
