Our client is seeking a hands-on experienced payroll professional to manage the daily operations of their Payroll Department. If you have at least seven years of experience with both domestic and international payroll as well as union pay rules per the collective bargaining agreement reach out directly to learn more.

Desired Qualifications:
Seven plus years of related experience to include international and union payroll
Management of staff
Knowledge of ADP, and Navision
Strong knowledge of HR as it relates to payroll
Demonstrated understanding of garnishment and withholding compliance
CPP or desire to complete preferred
Great communication skills and attention to detail
Strong Excel skills
Good understanding of the general ledger and related payroll entries and reconciliations
Responsibilities include:
Managing daily operations of payroll dept
Handling payroll tax and filing of payroll related federal, state and local tax
Ensure HR and payroll compliance with federal and state regulations
Supporting year end audits
Overseeing system conversions
Identifying areas for improvement and processes
