Payroll Specialist

Parker + Lynch is currently partnering with a global business services provider in the Malvern, PA area on a search for a Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing multi-state payroll for over 2,000 employees on a bi-weekly basis.   • Calculate, input, and audit payroll and timekeeping information in order to document and assure the accuracy of employee payroll processed bi-weekly for all employees.
  • Record changes affecting net wages, such as exemptions and insurance coverage, for each employee to update master payroll records.
  • Record data concerning transfer of employees between departments.
  • Prepare periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions.
  • Prepare and issue paychecks either manually or via the payroll processor vendor.
  • Prepare, review, and correct year-end W-2s.
  • Prepare department wires.
  • Calculate Quarterly and Annual Incentive Pay and is also responsible for Deferred Compensation Payout.


  • 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
  • Working experience of payroll tax at the federal, state, and local levels
  • UltiPro system experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is a plus
