Payroll Specialist

Parker+ Lynch is working with a local distributor to identify a Payroll Specialist to join their growing team in South Brunswick, NJ. You will be responsible for processing weekly payroll for a mid- size company and reporting to the Accounting Manager.   • Ensure accurate and timely weekly payroll processing
  • Maintain payroll records to ensure compliance with company policies and internal control protocols
  • Evaluate and audit PTO accruals
  • Reconcile benefit bills against employee deductions to ensure accuracy
  • Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
  • Process involuntary deductions such as garnishments and levies
  • Assist employees with any payroll related inquires


  • 2+ year of relevant experience
  • Certified Payroll Professional
  • Working knowledge of ADP
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
