Payroll Specialist

Parker + Lynch is seeking a qualified Payroll Specialist for to join our client's Human Resources Team in Northern NJ. This is a permanent position requiring multi-state experience with ADP Workforce Now


Job duties include:

  • Prepare, process biweekly payroll quickly and efficiently.
  • Resolve employees' questions and concerns.
  • Maintain payroll procedures as per Federal and State Tax regulations and company policies for US and Canada
  • Enter data associated with wage garnishment, FMLA leaves, Workers Comp etc.
  • Maintain monthly G/L feeds, handle special report request for HR

    Ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications / Skills:

  • 3+ years of payroll experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • CPP preferred.
  • Knowledgeable with Excel and Word.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
