The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payrolls for all hourly and salaried employees. This position will serve as a point of contact to staff for payroll and benefit issues, reconcile reports, have full knowledge of garnishment rules, prepare journal entries as needed and maintain current knowledge of policies and procedures related to payroll.



  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in human resources/business or accounting preferred.
  • Proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment required.
  • 4 years' payroll experience required.
  • Solid understanding of payroll best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of tax and wage law.
