Our downtown client is looking to hire a new Performance & Risk Management Analyst (ERM). This could be a great opportunity for someone with a risk (ERM) and audit background. This role would work directly with the department Director, along with other management and staff, to analyze, report and forecast on company performance.

Functions – 

  • Company involvement and support in the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program
  • Identify and evaluate critical company performance challenges and priorities
  • Review, analyze and audit company reports and performance areas
  • Monitor and assess company risk categories
  • Evaluate areas of risk and compliance
  • Risk testing, risk control and scorecard process
  • Identify and report on business risk issues
  • Gather risk related data from internal and external resources
  • Compile action plans to improve on risk areas
  • Interview and communicate with business leaders and divisions for data and suggest action plans
  • Assist with drafting presentations, tutorials, training materials and job aids on risk assessment methods
  • Develop and help maintain the ERM policies and operating procedures
  • Research ERM trends and practices
  • Work closely with business leaders to provide guidance and advice on risk and process decisions
  • Other related ERM projects and duties as needed


Qualifications – 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in audit, risk management or compliance focus
  • MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of recent experience in risk management, corporate performance or related field
  • ERM – Enterprise Risk Management experience
  • Prior experience in a highly regulated and/or compliance industry preferred
  • Understanding of scorecard planning concepts
  • Software experience with risk management or compliance preferred – strong systems skills a must
  • Excellent oral and written skills to interact with management and all staff levels
  • Strong presentation abilities and/or ability to lead and interact during meetings
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
