Our client, a stable and growing organization is looking for a Regional FP&A Lead! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of FP&A experience and the ability to interface with executives and directors.

    Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting, reporting, FP&A
  • Partner with Executive Directors to coordinate the Operating Plan
  • Participate in plan process improvement initiatives with FP&A team
  • Prepare and analyze monthly results
  • Analyze financial impact of business initiatives
  • Participate in monthly operational calls
  • Support with cash flow, net operating margin, revenue and expense projections
  • Assis FP&A leadership win Integrated Strategic Plan process by providing forecast projections
  • Financial reporting
  •  

    Required Qualifications:    

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ Years FP&A experience
  • Ability to interface with executives and directors
  • CPA or MBA a plus
  • Healthcare a plus
  •
