Our client, a rapidly growing non-profit health system is seeking an experienced Revenue Integrity Analyst! The Analyst will have Epic Clarity experience and ideally some coding experience.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience.

    Responsibilities

  • Project management
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Assist in supporting the business needs
  • Ad-hoc analysis
  • Presenting to upper management
  • Meet financial objectives by identifying and evaluating trends; analyzing variances; initiating any corrective actions or adjustments
  • Prepare reconciliations; analyze variances; and initiate corrective actions on transactions with a high degree of complexity in support for finance and operating departments
  • Provide support and analysis by querying appropriate data, preparing reports, making presentations of analysis, findings, and recommendations to management.
  • Increase productivity by developing automated processes, eliminating duplication, coordinating information requirements.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience with EPIC
  • Healthcare experience required
  • Strong Excel skills
  • SQL experience required
  • Strong communication skills
