Parker + Lynch has a Sales Operations Analyst job in Dallas, TX.  The Sales Operations Analyst will partner directly with the senior operations and finance leadership to provide timely data and related analytics specific to our Sales and Implementation organizations while driving process optimization and providing insightful analytical support for these groups.

• Provide exceptional financial partnership and guidance to the Sales and Implementation teams; provide guidance to our commercial teams by developing and tracking key metrics and KPIs to inform decision making
• Analyze and provide meaningful insights into sales/pipeline data while working with various teams to improve data quality and reliability to ensure accurate operational and financial reporting
• Lead the development and implementation of reporting tools that provide a deeper understanding of our business, delivering critical insight to sales leadership, finance, and executive management
• Leverage tools and resources to develop scalable, automated reporting and dashboards to provide benchmarking and measure progress against key performance goals and initiatives; provide timely, actionable visibility into the sales and implementation data to inform management decision making
• Support the sales team with deal pricing analysis and strategy, ensuring we place the right deal in front of our customers
• Assist in contract management, including the creation and tracking of customer contracts
• Track and report against commissions and sales incentive targets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to variable incentive plan policies and guidelines

• 2+ years of analyst/associate work in finance, sales operations, business operations, or another quantitatively oriented business role
• Self-starter, multitasker, great teammate, works well under pressure, and follows through on tasks.
• Able to work well with employees at all levels of the organization, including Senior Management
• Advanced Excel modeling skills (nothing is impossible to you in Excel) and Strong PowerPoint skills; ability to build within and leverage analytical tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and work well with CRM applications (i.e. Dynamics, Salesforce)
• Excellent interpersonal relationships at all levels within the Company, including the ability to explain financial and accounting concepts to operations (non-finance) personnel
• Strong initiative and desire to work in a team-oriented environment. Must be a self-starter with excellent time and project management skills
• Past experiences with SaaS or broader technology businesses are strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a business-related field (e.g., business administration, finance, or economics)
