The Senior Accountant's main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic perspective to the accounting and finance transactions of the organization
  • Prepares monthly journal entries and month end closing reporting
  • Performs detailed account analysis / reconciliations to ensure appropriate accounting for transactions and account balances
  • Perform budget to actual variance analysis
  • Assist the external financial audit
  • Assists with system testing as requested my management
  • Capable of multi-tasking and good time management so all deadlines are met
  • You are a Qualified Candidate for this position if you possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited college
  • At least 4 years of industry or 2-3 years of public accounting experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills to leadership
  • Must be a motivated and self-driven individual with continuous process improvement 
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
