Are you a Senior Accountant with at least 3 years of experience looking for a new opportunity? General Accounting

  • Prepare both recurring and non-recurring journal entries with supporting documentation
  • Execute balance sheet reconciliations
  • Ensure monthly financial statements are a precise reflection of the results of each period, including complete analysis and explanation of all assigned accounts
  • Support day-to-day, monthly, and year-end operations of the accounting department, including monthly close and annual audit
  • Various accounting projects as assigned

    Financial Regulatory Filings

  • Compile and deliver the required data to Inteserra monthly to support the preparation of regulatory filings.
  • Collaborate with Inteserra and the internal legal/regulatory team to stay informed of regulatory and business changes. 
  • Work closely with the revenue team to update billings as changes in the business and regulations arise.
  • Fill and submit FUSF and Sales tax exemptions to vendors

    Non-Income Tax Filings (i.e., sales & use, Franchise, E911, ROW, CPUC):

  • Prepare and file all non-income tax filings across all entities


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
  • At least 3 years’ experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Proficiency working with ERP systems
  • Preferred experience working with Microsoft Dynamics SL
  • Must be able to prioritize and perform various tasks in an effective and timely manner
  • Must be able to think logically and analytically
  • Required attention to detail and the ability to solve problems in a creative manner
  • Highly motivated, team player that can work both independently and collectively
  • Excellent communication skills are a must, specifically the ability to explain technical concepts in a user-friendly manner
