Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • 4-6 years of accounting/finance experience
  • Professional services or Law firm experience desired
  • Strong understanding of  US GAAP
  • Experience with journal entries, general ledger and corporate tax filings
  • Experience processing payroll
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with ADP Workforce now, and Coyote Analytics Time and Billing
  • Some experience with 401(k) plan management
  • Responsibilities Include:

  • Processes the Firm’s semi-monthly payroll within ADP, including filing related payroll tax filings for each cycle
  • Record journal entries related to payroll and tax
  • Bank transactions to include wires, transfers and ACH
  • Ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
  • Assist Billing Specialists as needed and assist with collections efforts by maintaining schedule of collections
  • Conduct research on client inquires and record invoice, produce check.
  • Monthly financial reporting and documentation
