Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze store profit and loss statements to determine payouts to franchise partners
  • Includes making monthly JEs, reconciliations, and confirming profit splits are complete and accurate
  • Manage the revenue recognition of franchise partner fees and ensure timely repayments of franchise partner loan balances
  • Develop and maintain relationships with franchise partners, including expense analysis and providing responses regarding expenses/fees
  • Analyze and communicate performance to the senior leadership team (SLT)
  • Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities to continue to push the close time down
  • Perform other related duties and projects, as required
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, minor in IT preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience, public accounting experience preferred
  • CPA or working towards obtaining CPA preferred
  • Peoplesoft experience is a plus
  • Proficient with all core Microsoft applications and Windows operating system
  • Effective communicator
