Parker + Lynch is looking for a Lead Financial Analyst to act as a "divisional CFO" by providing full P&L support to Marketing, Digital, & Product Development teams.  As a Lead Financial Analyst in this group you will be on the fast track to Manager!  You will work closely with the teams on the development of multi-touch strategies and will be accountable for providing appropriate and consistent financial analysis, department forecasts, documentation of information, and presentation of findings to drive department performance and operational support efficiencies.  We are looking for someone with a strong executive presence and the ability to lead and influence people.  If you are ready for advancement and meet the below qualifications, we would love to speak with you!
Major Areas of Accountability:    

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze and execute on strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with Business Analytics team to drive profitability analysis, extract actionable insights and make recommendations to business partners
  • Develop financial models, execute value-added analysis and provide decision support for special projects and strategic initiatives
  • Work with management to coordinate forecasting and planning activities for the department
  • Deliver insightful and timely quarterly and monthly financial reports
  • Prepare and present various financial analysis presentations to Sr. Management
  • Execute continuous process improvement and enhanced controls
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis
  • Performs other job duties as required by manager/supervisor


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
  • Six to eight years related work experience or four to six years’ experience with advanced degree or professional certification (CFM, CMA, or CPA)
  • Advanced end user computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Strong leadership and project management experience
  • Experience in building complex financial models
  • Ability to read and interpret technical research and reports and apply information to specific business situations
