Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning related product development and pricing, partnerships, and other opportunities to drive growth
  • Provide overall summary after analysis of data sets and review of complex problems
  • Prepare finance presentations with supporting material for broad audience including investors, senior level leadership and department managers
  • Through analysis, provide valuable insights for drivers of growth and costs
  • Communicate identified risks and proposed action plans to department managers
  • Provide support of ongoing planning including monthly forecasts and budgets
  • Collaborate and maintain accountability with colleagues throughout the company to support continuous process improvement
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting or relevant degree
  • 3 – 5 years experience in financial and operational roles; Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Private Equity
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience establishing and maintaining multi-stakeholder relationships
  • Inquisitive approach to complex problems
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Proven ability in financial forecasting, analyzing large data sets and ad hoc models
  • Ability to independently seek information to compile resources, solve complex problems and deliver clear results
  • Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, Oracle (e.g., EPM Cloud Planning, Smart View for Office), SQL, PowerQuery, NetSuite, experience is a plus but not required
