  • Complete and accurate maintenance of cost of goods manufactured (COGM) and cost of goods sold (COGS) data within SAP
  • Prepare accurate and timely product costing in SAP for new SKUs.
  • Complete quote cost requests accurately and timely for global commercial or supply chain business partners
  • Conduct ad hoc cost analysis to support the Global Costing Process Owner
  • Identify trends or issues using data compiled form SAP and other sources
  • Research and resolve costing issues
  • Prepare and/or gather Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) pricing conditions
  • Prepare cost run analytics by location.
  • Provide collaborative support to the finance teams on cost models
  • Provide analytics and support to the strategic planning process for COGM/COGS
  • Regular review of standard operating procedures utilized by costing team to determine opportunities for improvement to drive efficiency
  • Completion of month end activities and controls to include costing data integrity audits
  • Identification and preparation of journal entry adjustments as necessary
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of effective and efficient controls over the standard costs and current versions standards used in production.
  • Provide support and/or coordinate entity specific audits, both internal and external
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5-7 years of product costing and/or supply chain financial analysis experience
  • Critical thinking, attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to summarize large data sets and effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders
  • SAP, Business Intelligence and Microsoft Office (Excel / Word/ PowerPoint) experience required
  • Data Analytics experience (e.g. Power BI, etc.) is a bonus
  • Preferred background in Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay and/or Manufacturing
