We are seeking a motivated, professional and dedicated Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. Our team leads the Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Partnering, Financing, and Investor Relations functions, and works closely with the Executive team during strategic planning. In this highly visible role, you will own the FP&A function and need to have exceptional quantitative skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work with stakeholders across the business from junior employees to executive management.

Your work will provide our management team and investors with insights into our financial performance and will enable us to identify opportunities for accelerating growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist Manager of FP&A in preparing an annual budget and quarterly forecasts for multiple divisions and brands.
  • Develop balance sheet and cash flow forecasting model and review results monthly in order to make continuous improvements to the model.
  • Participate in the month-end close process including variance analysis of expenses and gross margin reconciliation.
  • Work with staff accountants during the close process to ensure proper accruals are made.
  • Develop models to improve the efficiency and accuracy of expense forecasting.
  • Update monthly sales and allowance reporting.
  • Assist in maintaining the budget database.
  • Actively participate in the integration of two recently acquired companies into financials.
  • Track monthly expenses and identify opportunities for savings.
  • Update and maintain bonus compensation model.
  • Reconciles and resolves charge-backs


Requirements:

  • BS Degree with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance
  • Three+ years of experience
  • Highly skilled in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas in order to manipulate large amounts of data
  • Experience in cash flow modeling
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
