Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role on the finance team. You will be a key contributor to a fast-growing company. You will help coordinate reporting processes across the organization, develop and maintain corporate budgets, and assist with financial models and analysis for strategic and capital activities. 


  • Support the annual budget, rolling forecast cycle, and driver-based forecasting
  • Assist in preparation of management reporting package (monthly)E
  • Develop dashboards  for tracking of key operating metrics used to analyze the business
  • Cash forecasting, working capital analysis and capex activities
  • Work closely with the accounting organization to ensure accuracy and timeliness of month-end close process
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Sales teams to analyzegoals and identify  improvement opportunities
  • Financial Analysis and modeling tool creation 
  • Assist in managing subsidiary inventory cost allocation methodologies and cost rolls
  • Responsible for month-end close

  • Monitor cost transactions in the General Ledger for errors, incorrect classification and variances from forecasts and budget

  • Review Monthly accruals for completeness and propriety

  • Perform weekly/monthly forecasts

  • Forecasting and analysis

  • Year-end budget generation

  • At least 3 years of financial analyst experience
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Understanding of budget preparation and variance analysis
  • Professional, eager, and well-spoken
  • Fundamental understanding of business processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and a proven ability to establish positive relationships with senior management and outside audiences
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver timely results
  • Must be a self-motivated, organized and able to multi-task
