The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with operations, site finance teams, and department leadership to drive process improvements, adopt, develop and implement new reporting solutions, as well as leverage forecasting activities to ensure financial commitments are met. In addition, the role will be uniquely positioned to support growth by providing ad hoc financial analysis and deal modeling support. By providing financial visibility and transparency through our Business Intelligence tools to different stakeholders, this position will help drive the business to meet its financial expectations. This unique role will be heavily involved in a wide array of processes, from regular business partnering, monthly business reviews, quarterly P&L forecasts, and yearly AOP.

On top of reporting and business partnering, this role will be responsible for ensuring an accurate month end close and consolidation process, as well as the key division support for quarterly audit reviews and year-end audit procedures. Through partnering with associated audit firms and site finance controllers, this role will drive an efficient and satisfactory audit process.

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will report to the Director and partner with numerous key stakeholders, providing experiences and exposures needed for future career progression.

Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Partner with functional leaders and site finance teams to provide reporting, forecasting and analysis on Operating expenses and headcount. Analyze budget variances and work closely with site controllers and functional leads to understand and drive performance within budget
  • Ensure accurate consolidation including the monthly and quarterly financial reporting of division results
  • Proactively identify, develop, and implement enhancements to existing reporting processes to better understand impacts on divisional performance from various entities. Utilize Power BI to create streamlined reporting for the business
  • Ensure site finance teams are meeting month-end deliverables, such as intercompany tie-outs, sales and revenue flash, SAP submissions etc
  • Support the quarterly and yearly division audit, which requires collaboration between site finance teams, division leadership, and associated audit partners. Role will require a good understanding of accounting policies, as well as an ability to efficiently work with various stakeholders to drive the process to completion
  • Assist Director with all AOP deliverables and be the point contact person to the site controllers as it relates to target setting and delivery deadlines
  • Act as the key contact person for site and department leaders; collecting, consolidating, analyzing, and presenting data on a timely basis
  • Play an active role in key projects as the need arises and work on other ad hoc tasks as required
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CMA/CPA highly preferred)
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience in FP&A or Financial Analysis (Public Accounting Experience a plus)
  • Strong budgeting, financial forecasting and financial analysis skills required
  • Prior SAP experience strongly preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerBI understanding
