Senior Financial Analyst, Dallas, TX

Parker + Lynch is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for a position in Dallas, TX. This client is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will play a role in strategy development and M&A deal executions. You will be involved in supporting the launch of business or services, including the review of payment trends across this global company. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development.

Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly forecasts, yearly budgets and strategic plans
  • Responsible for collection, review and analysis of data, various financial reports
  • Provide internal financial information vital to decision making process
  • Coordinate and direct Business Unit and Corporate Department resources internally and externally
  • Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
  • 3+ years Strategy/Corporate Development/M&A experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, SEC Edgar, FactSet
  • Strong leadership and teamwork oriented
  • In depth knowledge of accounting systems
  • Annual Salary: $70,000
