Senior Financial Analyst

Parker +Lynch is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with 3 or more years of experience for our client, a leading global developer, manufacturer, and supplier of medical devices in Mahwah, NJ. This is a recent direct to hire position that offers the opportunity to work full time within the medical equipment and supply wholesale industry.

This role entails preparation and maintenance of daily orders and weekly shipments that yields data analysis for management to ensure adherence to the company’s compensation and commercial insurance policies. Responsibilities:

  • Issuance of daily order and weekly shipment reports sent to management for forecast and budget analysis
  • Organizes and maintains sales ‘standings’ for all sales representatives and managers by region
  • Ensures administration of all approved sales and clinical compensation plans
  • Process commissions and bonus calculations accurately and timely
  • Create and maintain ad hoc reports as needed
  • Ordering, maintaining, and handling of driver requests, which administer the corporate automobile fleet program
  • Supports management with commercial insurance policies, including renewal process, claims, and customer certificate requests
  • Sales database preparation for revenue reporting and other month-end duties
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • College degree and/or 3 to 5 years equivalent experience in sales/financial analyst role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with insurance administration, particularly fleet management
  • Proficient of ERP/CRM Systems: SAP, Salesforce and Business Intelligence knowledge a plus
  •  

    Skills:

  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, specifically pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to interact with senior levels of management and sales management
  • Independently solves problems timely under changing demands
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and independently follows through
  • Meet demanding deadlines which may require overtime, including weekends and holidays during month end closings
