Parker and Lynch is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with 3 or more years of experience for a full-time job at an established client in Fort Mill, SC. This is a great permanent role that offers the opportunity to join a growing team, as well as the ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams across the organization.


  • Run weekly performance reports using key data management systems, such as IRI and POS
  • Create monthly and quarterly reports in PowerPoint, and present to Account Managers
  • Use key performance metrics to create weekly customer reports/dashboards
  • Develop sales strategies with Account Managers using sales trends
  • Responsible for weekly/monthly internal customer team meeting and follow-up
  • Generate sales data for management meetings
  • Use key aspects of the revenue growth management process to suggest efficient use of trade dollars, to Account Managers and Sales Leaders
  • Analyze financial data and generate reports to support company operations and goals
  • Pull data from various sources, including supplier portals, POS system and industry sources to generate forecasts and trends for brand, channel, and product analyses
  • Aid the sales teams by provided key data points for customer deliverables and presentations
  • Manage customer pricing in the SD module of SAP
  • Support sales teams in developing annual forecasts
  • Responsible for cost benefit analyses of sales projects as they pertain to ROI
  • Responsible for financial and operational modeling to measure ROI and benchmark sales
  • Direct process improvement and policy development initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments
  • Evaluate monthly marketing spend and aid with planning marketing activities
  • Manage internal software marketing upload and tracking of promotions
  • Support National Sales Managers in budget process
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst
  • Prior experience in budgeting, forecasting, and operational/financial modeling
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have SAP experience
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Prior experience using S/4HANA preferred
  • Prior experience using SD module a plus
  • Ability to take initiative and work successfully in a team-environment
  • Ability to work independently
