Healthcare company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support their rapid growth. This highly visible and impactful position will interact with and support key executive leaders in the company. The Sr Financial Analyst will bring valuable skills in financial analysis, forecasting, impactful reporting, and financial modeling.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completes audit assignments/projects under the direction of the Financial Control Manager

• Responsible for recording the ICOFR process and updating programs related to comprehensive risk and control matrices/audit programs for designated areas. • Completes routine test work on the ICOFR process by evaluating operational effectiveness on key controls

• Documents any observations and deficiencies from annual testing of the ICOFR project.

• Provides a documented and orderly audit program through maintenance of current software (Workiva)

• Manages exception disposition

• Maintains an understanding of the industry, regulatory issues, and the structure of the organization.

• Establishes positive relationships with management, employees, and auditors. Assesses the company’s risk profile through regular and effective communication. Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or other relevant field required;

 Must be effective at communicating issues through written reports, verbal discussions and presentations;

• (2+) years of audit experience in the financial services industry and/or public accounting required;

• Experience testing ICOFR processes • Professional certification of Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accounting (CPA) or working towards one of those certifications; • Attention to detail and Microsoft Office proficiency

• Experience with internal control analyses and risk assessment, COSO, Institute of Internal Auditors (IAA) standards, FRB Supervisory Letter 13-11, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and Sarbanes-Oxley section 302/402 compliance

• Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills allowing effective communication with various levels of management

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

• Regional travel up to 20%
