Parker + Lynch is seeking a Senior Financial Planning Analyst for a hybrid role in the Tampa, FL area with an innovative leader in the technology industry. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ability to work in a team environment to offer statistical and financial reporting of a wide variety
  • Drive and enhance profitability across organization
  • Willingness to formulate financial plans and projections across all sectors
  • Use data from reports and analyses to provide forecasting models including short-term and long-term impacts
  • Effectively communicate findings and predictions to necessary teams within the business
  • Create transparent and effective communication with stakeholders regarding business proposals and performance
  • Ability to discuss and report on upcoming financial results through operational metrics in order to produce forward-looking forecasts
  • Provide alternative systems to enhance cost savings while maintaining production
  • Closely observe overall company finances with ability to identify outliers and trends; Use this information to create strategic planning and implementation

  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field is required
  • 5 or more years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Master's Degree such as MBA, MF, MS Analytics or CFA is preferred
  • Ability to speak and understand Spanish is beneficial
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and PowerBi is recommended
  • Experience with public company or a combination of public and private company
