Parker + Lynch is exclusively recruiting for a Senior Tax Manager (technical) in Albuquerque New Mexico.  Are you a tax manager or senior manager in public accounting looking for a better culture and paid overtime? If you are I want to talk to you. A long-term, highly successful, boutique CPA firm client of ours is looking to add to their team. The workload is a mix of small to large business with complex business and personal returns. Ability to research new tax laws and regulations is key. This company has been around for over 25 years and has seen steady growth from the start. If you are looking for better work life balance with a great office culture this is the job for you. Our client is open to out of state applicants with ties to New Mexico.


As a Senior Tax Manager you will be responsible for: 

  • Responsible for all preparation and review of income tax returns and estimates
  • Assist with quarterly and annual tax provisions
  • Manage all tax-related audit planning and procedures
  • Implement new strategies wherever necessary
  • Supervise and mentor various tax staff/clerks
  • Excellent customer service

    As a Senior Tax Manager an ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • CPA nice plus but not required
  • 7+ years of Public accounting experience (in tax)
  • At least 3 years of supervisor
