Seeking experienced Payroll professional who values collaboration to join this local Portland team. We need someone with GREAT customer service skills, and a desire to become a go-to person within the organization. In this role, you will work directly with the Payroll manager to process salary and hourly payroll. This position pays $65-70k, with great benefits.

This team is based in SW Portland, currently working 100% remotely, with future hybrid in office and remote work.  

Responsibilities

  • As part of team, process payroll for 1,200 employees - Multi-state
  • Process Salary, Hourly, 1099, Bonus and Commission pay
  • Update and maintain employee files
  • Payroll and Benefit audits
  • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience for 300+ employees 
  • ADP experience is required, preferably ADP Workforce
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively cross-departmentally 
  • Strong eye for detail, and a commitment to accuracy
