As a Staffing Manager, your job responsibilities will include:

  • Contact, recruit and interview consultants for interim and project-based positions from the Accounting and Finance Industry
  • Create consultant profiles in order to successfully match consultants to the client engagements
  • Coordinate in-office and off-site interviews and appointments
  • Assist consultants in fulfilling their full interview and career potential

You are qualified if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university 
  • 2+ years of related experience in a recruiting or sales related environment is preferred
  • Experience in Accounting or Finance a plus
  • Business acumen and a general understanding of the Accounting and Finance arena
  • A competitive drive, strong work ethic and high sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication skills and personal presentation are critical to success in this role
