Parker + Lynch is currently seeking a Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper with office management experience for a full-time position at a well-established CPA firm in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a direct hire role that will focus on bookkeeping and managing a small office.
This role will involve full charge bookkeeper duties including financial statement preparation and payroll for several entities within the company. Other tasks include managing the office and administrative projects. Ideal candidates will have a strong accounting background and QuickBooks experience is a must. Additionally, candidates must be self-driven and able to work autonomously.
Responsibilities include:
Payroll
Managing financials for multiple companies
Qualifications include:
Accounting degree Required
Full Charge Bookkeeping Experience
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
Previous public accounting experience preferred
Skills:
Able to work with little direction
Organized and detail focused
Able to manage time and prioritize
Good computer skills including QuickBooks, Excel and Word
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of related experience
Employment Type:
Full-time, Direct Hire
Compensation:
$50K-$70K annually (depending on experience)
Work Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
