•    Assist with managing and mentoring a growing team of professionals, driving a high-degree of skill and expertise through client-centric service 
•    Review individual tax returns, quarterly and annual income tax projections, estimated tax vouchers, extension forms and all related work papers and financial statements 
•    Manage consulting/tax projects such as charitable giving calculations, private foundation minimum pay-outs, and miscellaneous tax and financial planning projects 
•    Service clients as it relates to planning, projects and compliance requirements 
•    Present complete, timely and accurate client deliverables in an efficient manner 
•    Be comfortable with day to day communication with clients 
•    Research technical matters for complex tax needs and updates to regulations 
•    Maintain an understanding of relevant computer software applications 
•    Conduct and participate in tax training opportunities 
•    Consolidating tax data to make analysis and planning more efficient 
•    Improving reporting capabilities to enhance our clients’ ability to evaluate risk and capitalize on opportunities 
•    Supporting project team members in any way needed to help ensure timely completion of deliverables 

4+ years of tax experience (public accounting experience a plus) 
·         Tax provision and tax compliance experience including experience with impact of deferred taxes associated with business combinations 
·         Excellent written and oral communication skills 
·         Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines 
·         Strong interpersonal skills; communicates issues clearly and timely 
·         Conscientious, self-motivated, resilient and goal oriented 
·         Flexibility to adjust to new demands and additional responsibilities
