Our client, Private equity backed firm is seeking an experienced VP of FP&A! The position will have 3 direct reports and reports directly to the CFO and be a member of the leadership team.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

    Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis

     

    The Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will lead the development of financial planning tools and will drive the analysis of the operational and financial performance. The VP of FP&A will be responsible for financial reporting and modeling including identifying opportunities to increase the predictive accuracy of forecasts. This position will provide financial reporting and analysis for management as well as external reporting, prepare ad-hoc analysis and complete special projects as needed.

     

    Profile of Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Master’s degree and CPA preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in financial analysis, modeling, FP&A, and technology
  • Wants a do-er and someone who understand the path between finance and technology and a roll up strategy
  • Needs to be willing to rollup sleeves and get in the weeds
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage effectively up to the C-level
  • Ability to think strategically, anticipate future trends and evaluate risks
  •
