Parker + Lynch is conducting an exciting search for a Business Analyst.  This is a new created position for a healthcare client headquarter in Albuquerque.  Our client has operations throughout the southwest and southeast.  This role will be fully remote indefinitely.  There could be the need to travel, on a rare occasion, to the corporate office for meetings.  Our client is rapidly growing and has a wonderful culture. 

This position reports to the Controller.  You will work cross functionally with business unit leadership and the senior leadership of the organization.  Our client offers excellent benefits.  The target salary for this role is 95k to 100k. 

Crucial functions of the Business Analyst include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting finance and accounting team during MEC (month end close)
  • Creation of reports and dashboards
  • Monitor business processes to ensure proper operating design, recommend solutions and improvements
  • Work closely with internal and external integration teams
  • Manage system changes
  • Lead ERP implementation
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Translate business process requirements into technical requirements and update leadership team of changes
  • Troubleshoot process, function and application issues and manage to resolution
  • As an ideal candidate you will meet the following requirements:

  • 5+ years of directly related experience
  • Industry knowledge in healthcare is required
  • Software experience/knowledge with Workday and Cerner are preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required
  • System implementation and system engineering experience strongly preferred
