Lead Solution Architect

Parker + Lynch is seeking a Lead solution Architect to join one of our clients within their regulatory and licensing division in their Columbia, MD or Albany NY office.  You will work with their talented technical teams to design and implement solutions for clients in a multiplatform environment.  We want you to be creative and give you the opportunity to leverage a wide variety of technical tools. 

 

The role:

· Manage Regulatory Team with more than 20 technical employees and guide in the creation of regulatory software solutions.

· Work directly with government clients, SMEs, and Project Leads on providing regulatory solutions (Salesforce, Accela, Infor, etc)

· Contribute to business development activities (think RFP/RFI responses) aiding in the growth of the business.

· Develop presentations using PowerPoint within short turn-around times supporting multiple teams to convey solutions to government clients

· Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

· Manages day-to-day project and scope

· Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures

· Identifies and manages project risk

· Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

· Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate

· Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of consultants and government representatives.

 

What you need:

· Experience in Regulatory software end to end implementation with Salesforce. Experience with an additional software is preferred; BasicGov, Accela, Infor

· Experience working within a PMO process.

· Salesforce.com integration experience between different business systems

· Service Oriented Architecture and integration background with designing and developing software components

· Bachelor’s degree Technical or combination experience and education.

· 6+ years managing IT projects dealing with Software Development (SDLC)

· 7 + years of business/IT experience with degree or 13+ years without a degree.

· 4 + years of Salesforce delivery Experience

· 2 + years in Salesforce Architect Role

· 3 + Salesforce Application Development project

· Scrum Master Certified or 5+ years of experience.

· Experience working in federal government consulting
