Parker+Lynch is partnering with a national non-profit organization to add an Executive Director to their local chapter in Oklahoma City. This position will serve a local office and the state as a whole in raising awareness and progressing the missions of the organization as related to mental illness disorders. The Executive Director will oversee operations of the office, work alongside an executive board, provide leadership and development for employees, and be involved in strategic decision making. Ideal candidate will have a passion for working closely with those affected by mental illness and non profit work.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving membership and fundraising events
  • Managing budgets and financial reporting
  • Ensure operational efficiencies are in place and organization is running smoothly day-to-day
  • Lead classes and support groups in surrounding cities and rural areas
  • Be involved in public relations and communication efforts
  • Requirements for position:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related
  • Prior non profit experience (operations, fundraising, finance, leadership)
  • Direct knowledge of impact of mental illness and its effect on families
