Parker+Lynch is conducting a high-level search for a VP of Finance with an attractive, highly sought-after software company in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a phenomenal opportunity to join a stable, yet consistently growing company that’s invested in the health and wellness of individual across the country. As a VP of Finance, you’ll play an integral role in the company’s overall sustainability and financial growth, while also leading and overseeing core FP&A functions on a daily basis.

This is blended work from home and on-site position.

Salary is up to $230k plus bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits and 401k match.

Key Job Functions:

  • Work with senior leadership to create and streamline operating plans and KPI metrics
  • Develop high-level financial reporting that articulates trends, growth drivers and profitability margins
  • Oversee business plans that highlight key risks, merger and acquisition opportunities and defined action measures
  • Build and strengthen cross-functional relationships across the organization to foster growth and overall health of the organization
  • Oversee forecasting, planning, budgeting and financial modeling processes, while providing analytical support for new product development and growth initiatives
  • Lead weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reporting presentations 
  • Education, Skills and Experience Required:

  • BS/BA in accounting or finance; MBA strongly preferred
  • 7-10 years of progressive, corporate FP&A/finance experience
  • Expert-level Excel and PowerPoint skills, along with SQL, PowerBI, Tableau and/or Hyperion experience
  • Experience leading investment and business strategy initiatives
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and financial presentation skills
  • Sharp communication (verbal and written) and collaboration abilities
