Parker & Lynch is seeking a Asset/Portfolio Manager for a well-established financial organization. The Loan Servicing Asset/Portfolio Manager is responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of a segment of the organization’s real estate loan portfolio.

    Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and maintain relationships with mortgage bankers, borrowers and attorneys
  • Prepare and complete extensive analysis and recommendations for loan events in accordance with the terms of the loan and outside the terms of the loan, this may include assumptions, modifications, collateral replacement, guarantor replacement and others
  • Research and assess risk
  • Track loan events; Perform closing functions for loan events in collaboration with outside legal counsel
  • Independently interact with internal and external clients
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • College degree.
  • Loan industry experience
  • Solid understanding of commercial mortgage loan servicing, commercial real estate and financing concept
  • Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel and Access skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical and writing skills
  • Problem solving skills and abilities.
  • Understand real property rights, title issues, financing and valuation concepts and terms.
