Looking for 100% remote applicant for the moment that could be permanently remote depending on work performance. Looking for 2+ years of loan servicing experience (Foreclosure or bankruptcy previous position be would preferred) Looking for someone well versed in VA, FHA, Fannie, and Freddie. Would like applicant to have MSP experience. Able to deal with 100-150+ pipeline.

MUST Haves:

  • Some sort of Loan Experience claims, or loss mitigation experience
  • Strong job history
  • MSP or servicing platform
  • Preferred working time zone: Preferably MST but is open

    Work Schedule: M-F, has some flexibility in hours worked depending on applicant location

  • Job Description:

    Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manages multiple mortgage accounts that are 60+ days delinquent, as governed by investor, departmental and legal guidelines
  • Staying up to date on and servicing files so borrowers can gather up to date information
  • Carinated for contractual services relating to property inspections, appraisers, real estate agents, etc.,
  • Oversees title searches to ensure that no title issues threaten the standing of our investor's lien on the property
  • Makes calls to borrowers, borrowers' authorized representatives, and brokers
  • Addresses any bankruptcy borrower question or concern. Handles escalated files appropriately by providing an articulate and complete response
  • Certifies that all required actions have taken place prior to completing a foreclosure sale
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Completes pre-foreclosure reviews to ensure loans are referred for foreclosure based on company requirements.
  • Completes, monitors progress, and ensures deadlines are met for invoice approval, foreclosure referrals, foreclosure breach letters and collection letters.
  • Completes, monitors progress, and ensures deadlines are met for property preservation, order values, and inspections.
  • Calculates and prepares reinstatement, payoff figures, and other debt information to attorneys.
  • Oversees tasks daily to ensure they are completed within company timelines.
